Best Movers Falls Church LLC is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak for its ongoing and potential impacts on our moving services. The health and safety of our staff and local communities are our top priority. As of April 2020 we are still providing estimates and performing moves. If circumstances change (per the advice of local, regional, or national health officials), we will let our clients know immediately.  

We want to reassure all of our clients that at this time, moving has been considered as “essential business” and are allowed to continue serving the communities provided social distancing guidelines are in place.  

Best Movers Falls Church follows enhanced personal hygiene and cleaning protocols at this time for the health and safety of our staff and clients.We are increasing the quantity of cleaning supplies available in our moving trucks, and hot-steam the trucks each day when they return to our lot. All employees and crew members wear masks and are supplied with sanitizers daily.  

 

We ask our customers to please be mindful of the harsh conditions and the level of exposure our crews go through. Please help us keep our employees protected by adhering to social distancing guidelines and allowing them enough time to move freely through common areas (hallways, elevators) that have a higher risk of contact; providing conditions to wash their hands and face where possible and avoiding physical contact.  

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED our crews are allowed to refuse service to people who exhibit signs of sickness to protect our customers and employees. IF YOU KNOW that you are unwell or there is anyone unwell in your household or apartment/condo building, it is your duty to report this to us beforehand to avoid any possibility of employees getting sick and bringing the virus to their small children and elderly home.  

 

Currently, we’re not aware of any team member or customer contracting COVID-19. We do have guidelines in place for any team member who may develop symptoms to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions.
